Bom apetite!
Tenham uma boa semana :-)

Yesterday was a great day spent amongst friends :-)
It was great...it involved a portuguese lunch, cross-stitch and a trip to the cinema to see "27 dresses". The film was really sweet (I love Katherine "Izzie" Heigl) and I really enjoyed sharing several cross-stitch tricks with 3 new enthusiasts :-) In relation to lunch, I cooked one of my favourite codfish dishes (grilled with "punched" potatoes) and other special things like the almond and "gila" (sorry, I don't know how to translate this, but it comes from a pumpkin) and the pineapple mousse (one of my favourite desserts)...here is the recipe for the mousse:
1 pineapple jelly
1 tin of condensed milk
1 tin of pineapple chunks
3 eggs
Start by boiling the juice from the pineapple chuncks with the jelly until the jelly is melted. Put the yolks, the condensed milk and the boiled juice in a bowl and beat them well. In a separate bowl beat the whites and the eggs really well. Mix everything and finally add the pineapple chuncks. Enjoy!
Have a great week :-)
