Eu adorei ir a Inishmore, nas ilhas Aran no condado de Galway :) O tempo estava excelente, os nossos convidados pareciam estar a divertir-se e eu estava a adorar tudo!! Oh...acho que encontrei a Irlanda com que sempre sonhei (a atmosfera da ilha era mágica, com música tradicional a ouvir-se nos locais mais inesperados, pessoas muito simpáticas e alegres, e uma paisagem de "cortar a respiração") :) Foi muito giro...as minhas partes favoritas foram a visita a Dún Aengus e as lojas de lã e camisolas das ilhas Aran, ambas fantásticas :)
I loved going to Inishmore, on the Aran Islands in county Galway :) The weather was excelent, our guests seemed to be having fun and I was loving it all!! Oh...I think I found the Ireland I always dreamed of (the atmosphere of the island was magical, with traditional music being played in the most unusual places, nice & happy people and "breath taking" landscape) :) It was lovely...my favourite parts were the visit to Dún Aengus and the Aran jumpers & wool shops, both fantastic :)

Como não podia deixar de ser, alguns novelos de lã das ilhas Aran quiseram vir comigo e eu não resisti em trazer também um livro com a história e modelos da famosa "Aran Sweater" :) Para completar as minhas compras "crafty", adquiri 2 botões de cerâmica, feitos à mão por uma artista local em An Spideal, no condado de Galway, onde ficámos alojados nestes dias de passeio. São tão giros...
Of course that, in the end, some Aran Island wool wanted to come home with me and I couldn't resist in bringing a book with the history and paterns of the famous "Aran Sweater" with me :) To complete my crafty shopping, I also bought 2 handmade ceramic buttons from an artist in An Spideal in county Galway, where we stayed during this trip. Lovely, aren't they?
